Ok..Planning my summer mini-trips. so far, I know I am going to cleveland, which probably means I will take two days there (a thursday to check out Android Lounge) and then friday for…whatever. Then Ill hit anothe rmidwest city ( detroit? ) heading back from there the day after (friday/saturday). Anyone have a suggestion for a good event I should catch? AL is on the First thursday of the month, so Ill be either making the trip July 1 ~ 5 or August 5 ~ 9.

P.s. I must admit, I did actually enjoy the Chicago Fire (soccer) game I went to before the part I dont remember. Ill have to check those out again in the future. Nice to have a non-technological entertainment.

well, not much to report really…
had a good weekend. lots of food and sound play involved – Nord G2 is the shit..I am going to be selling off some more kit and upgrading to the G2x as soon as its available.
Worked on little bits of mixes on sunday. Hmm….Not satisfied with somethings i formerly was. hmm..
meetings today, then more work.

If you are a synthosizer player on my list…or any kind of electronic musician…you MUST do the following..
1 Get out you credit card (yeah, i know its maxed, but this is a worthy cause)
2 Call your favorite synth dealer.
3 Order a Clavia G2
Just do it. This synth is like having front 242 in a box only better because unlike large belgian men, it wont sweat all over you and demand beer.
I am seriously in heaven. When it cools down a bit, Ill go back into the studio and play with it more.
